Two people going to the same country can need completely different protection. A fortnight in a city hotel isn't the same risk as a month backpacking, working in a rural clinic, or visiting family upcountry — and your age, medical history and current medication all change the picture again.

That's why every appointment starts with a proper risk assessment rather than a list: we go through your route, how long you're away, what you'll be doing and where you'll be staying, then recommend only what you actually need. If something isn't necessary, we'll tell you.
